Cuda Counseling is seeking an *actively licensed New York State LCSW* to join our in-person outpatient practice in *Herkimer, NY*. This role is open to clinicians looking for part-time or full-time work in a supportive, well-established practice that minimizes administrative burden and prioritizes clinical care.

*Please note:* We are currently accepting *LCSWs only*. LMSW applicants are not being considered at this time.

*Schedule Options*

* Part-Time: Minimum of *15 scheduled sessions per week*
* Full-Time: Expanded caseload available if desired
* Flexible scheduling within office hours

*Compensation & Benefits*

* *$35.00 – $47.50 per session*, based on experience and session type

*Responsibilities*

* Provide in-person outpatient psychotherapy
* Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
* Practice in accordance with NYS regulations and ethical standards
* Collaborate with leadership and support staff as needed

*Requirements*

* *Active New York State LCSW license* (required)
* Ability to provide *in-person services in Herkimer, NY*
* Strong clinical judgment and professionalism
* Outpatient therapy experience preferred
