Job Description

*Position Summary*

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate bilingual (English/Haitian Creole) clinicians to join our team in Norwich, CT. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health services and a demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality care to children, adolescents, and their families. In this role, the clinician will work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement effective therapeutic interventions. *_Financial incentives are available upon successful completion of six months of service._*

*Key Responsibilities*

* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with agency guidelines.
* Provide counseling services utilizing various therapeutic modalities.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, including progress notes and treatment summaries.
* Manage crisis situations effectively, employing crisis management techniques to ensure client safety.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients.Engage with families to provide support and education regarding mental health issues affecting children.

*Qualifications*

* Fluent in Haitian Creole.
* LMSW, LCSW, LAPC, LPC, LAMFT, LMFT preferred.
* If associate license only, working toward full clinical licensure in CT.
* Currently paneled by insurance or eligible for insurance paneling a must.
* A passion for helping others and a commitment to ongoing professional development are key attributes for success in this role.

Work Location: In person
