Job Description

*Job Title: Nurse Practitioner – Pediatrics & Family Medicine*

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional healthcare to our diverse patient population. You will work collaboratively with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals, providing comprehensive care that enhances the well-being of individuals across various settings. Your expertise will empower patients, ensuring they receive the highest quality of medical attention and support.

*What you’ll do*

* Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations to determine health status.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and evidence-based practices.
* Perform diagnostic evaluations and interpret results to guide treatment decisions.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care across different healthcare settings, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, etc.
* Educate patients and families on health management, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications.
* Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
* Stay current with advancements in nursing practices and participate in clinical research initiatives.

*Basic qualifications*

* Valid Nurse Practitioner license for Texas
* Strong clinical assessment skills
* Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems

*Preferred qualifications*

* Experience with Pediatrics or Family Medicine
* Knowledge of pediatric vaccine schedule
* Knowledge of CPT coding and ICD-10 coding
* Bilingual

Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
