*Description:*

PHP is seeking a dedicated and community-focused Rheumatologist to join our growing multispecialty network. This full-time outpatient position will be based in the Buffalo Southtowns. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to clinical excellence, collaborative care, and advancing population health in the community.

*Responsibilities*:

* Provide comprehensive outpatient rheumatology care to adult patients with autoimmune, inflammatory, and musculoskeletal conditions.
* Oversee and supervise the on-site infusion suite, including patient safety, treatment protocols, and collaboration with infusion nursing staff.
* Collaborate with primary care and specialty colleagues to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
* Provide education and support to patients and families managing chronic conditions.
* Contribute to community health initiatives and support access to specialty care across underserved populations.

*Schedule:*

· Full-time, M-F. Call as needed.

*Qualifications:*

· MD or DO from an accredited institution.

· BC/BE in Rheumatology.

· Eligible for medical licensure in the state of New York.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Commitment to community-based care.

· Prior experience supervising infusion services is preferred but not required.

*Compensation & Benefits:*

* Base salary range – $250,000 – $300,000 (commensurate with experience)
