Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (Clinic-Based)

*Coastal Speech Therapy – North Carolina*
*Total Compensation:* $85,000–$100,000+

*Coastal Speech Therapy* is seeking a *Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist* to join our growing clinic-based team. This position focuses on providing high-quality, child-centered therapy in a supportive, collaborative clinic environment.

*Position Highlights*

* Clinic-based pediatric caseload
* Play-based, evidence-driven therapy
* Full administrative, scheduling, and billing support
* Consistent caseload with weekly payroll

*Responsibilities*

* Evaluate and treat children with speech, language, and communication disorders
* Develop and implement individualized plans of care
* Complete daily documentation in EHR
* Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members

*Qualifications*

* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* North Carolina license (or temporary license/CF with path to full licensure)
* Pediatric experience preferred; CFs encouraged to apply
