*Key Responsibilities*
* Conduct thorough physical exams and health assessments
* Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions
* Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging
* Develop, initiate, and manage individualized treatment plans
* Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with state regulations
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR)
* Educate patients and their families on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive health strategies
* Coordinate care and refer to specialists or other healthcare providers when appropriate
* Stay up-to-date with current medical research and clinical best practices
*Qualifications*
* Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
* Active and unrestricted *Colorado state license* and relevant specialty certification
* Minimum of *2-4 years clinical experience*, preferably in primary care or pain management
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Compassionate, patient-focused, and adaptable
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
* Excellent critical thinking and decision-making abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
