The Opportunity
Rio Pecos Medical Associates is seeking a *Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP)* to join our growing, multi-specialty outpatient practice serving communities across southeast New Mexico, including Carlsbad and the surrounding region.
This is a *full-time, outpatient-only* position within a collaborative, provider-led organization that values access, continuity of care, and strong community relationships. You will practice alongside family medicine providers, OB/GYNs, pediatric clinicians, and specialty partners in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications
* Certified Nurse Practitioner (Family Medicine)
* Eligible for or licensed in the state of New Mexico

Pay: $85,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
