We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiac Step Down unit in Dearborn, Michigan.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing skilled nursing care to cardiac patients in a step-down setting.
• Monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assessing patient conditions.
• Collaborating with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educating patients and families on post-discharge care and lifestyle modifications.
• Documenting patient information accurately and timely.
