We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator (RN) – ICU in Southfield, MI.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily ICU operations and coordinate patient care activities

Lead and support nursing staff, ensuring adherence to clinical standards

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines

Provide education and mentorship to staff members
