We are seeking a dedicated Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) in Worcester, MA to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital setting.

• Monitor cardiac and vital signs of patients using advanced telemetry equipment.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Respond promptly to patient alarms and changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families about their health and treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
