We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) – Step Down to join our dedicated healthcare team in Framingham, MA.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients transitioning from ICU to general wards, ensuring safety and stability.
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on post-acute care and recovery processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
