We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – L&D to oversee labor and delivery services in Lake Wylie, SC.

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety regulations, and healthcare standards.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing team and patients.
• Manage patient flow, documentation, and resource allocation efficiently.
• Foster a collaborative and compassionate environment for patients and staff.
