We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry in Fort Mill, SC to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Monitor and assess cardiac patients, interpreting vital signs and telemetry data

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans

Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
