We are seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor for our Med/Surg unit, working full-time nights in Lake Wylie, SC.

• Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and safety.
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and care plans in compliance with policies.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in staff scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Address patient and family concerns professionally and promptly.
