We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry to join our healthcare team in Worcester, MA.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care to telemetry patients, monitoring vital signs and cardiac rhythms
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assess patient conditions and document findings accurately
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care
