Seeking a full-time RN Manager for the Special Care Nursery in Worcester, MA, working days shifts.

Manage daily operations of the nursery, ensuring high-quality patient care and safety.

• Lead and coordinate nursing staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Oversee clinical practices, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain accreditation standards.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient and family needs.
• Monitor staffing levels, budgets, and resource allocation.
