This full-time Clinical Nurse role involves delivering competent nursing care in a hospital setting, following professional standards and the nursing process.

Participate in patient and family education, assessing learning needs and readiness.

Implement care plans for patients with complex needs, utilizing policies and standards.

Demonstrate leadership by setting professional goals, promoting collaboration, and engaging in quality improvement.

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, prioritize care, and anticipate discharge planning.

Develop and update care plans collaboratively, considering cultural and individual needs.

Engage in research and stay informed on best practices to enhance care quality.

Requirements include graduation from a nursing program, NC RN licensure, BLS certification, and no prior experience needed.

This onsite position offers a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, with variable schedules and 36 hours per week.
