This full-time Clinical Nurse role involves delivering competent nursing care in a hospital setting, following professional standards and the nursing process.


  • Participate in patient and family education, assessing learning needs and readiness.
  • Evaluate care and outcomes, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity.
  • Implement care plans for patients with complex needs, utilizing policies and standards.
  • Demonstrate leadership by setting professional goals, promoting collaboration, and engaging in quality improvement.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, prioritize care, and anticipate discharge planning.
  • Develop and update care plans collaboratively, considering cultural and individual needs.
  • Engage in research and stay informed on best practices to enhance care quality.

  • Requirements include graduation from a nursing program, NC RN licensure, BLS certification, and no prior experience needed.


    This onsite position offers a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, with variable schedules and 36 hours per week.
