Join a diverse, inclusive organization dedicated to improving community health.

Our Cardiac Observation Unit is a 12-bed, fast-paced environment focused on personalized, high-quality patient care for diagnoses such as chest pain, NSTEMIs, arrhythmias, post-catheterization, and more.

As a nurse, you’ll enhance skills in patient assessment, critical thinking, and care coordination, with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 3:1 to 5:1. Collaboration and compassionate care are core values.

Responsibilities include patient and family education, evaluating and planning individualized care, demonstrating clinical competence, and participating in team and quality improvement activities. You’ll assess complex data, prioritize care, and support discharge planning.

Requirements: Graduation from a nursing program, active RN license in NC, and at least 2 years of relevant nursing experience. This full-time night position offers onsite work, 36 hours weekly, in a supportive environment focused on professional growth.
