We are seeking a compassionate Clinical Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a hospital setting, reporting to the Nurse Manager/Director.

The role involves:

Participating in patient and family education, assessing learning needs, and ensuring effective communication.

Evaluating care plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and adjusting care as needed.

Delivering competent care for complex cases, performing bedside testing, and prioritizing patient needs.

Contributing to professional growth, promoting safety, and supporting unit goals and performance improvement.

Assessing patient data, planning care with families, and addressing cultural considerations.

Engaging in research to inform practice and bring innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications include graduation from a nursing program, current RN licensure in North Carolina, BLS certification, and at least one year of nursing experience.

This full-time, night-shift position is onsite with 36 hours weekly, based at Nash Hospital.
