We are seeking a compassionate Clinical Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a hospital setting, reporting to the Nurse Manager/Director.

The role involves:

  • Participating in patient and family education, assessing learning needs, and ensuring effective communication.
  • Evaluating care plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and adjusting care as needed.
  • Delivering competent care for complex cases, performing bedside testing, and prioritizing patient needs.
  • Contributing to professional growth, promoting safety, and supporting unit goals and performance improvement.
  • Assessing patient data, planning care with families, and addressing cultural considerations.
  • Engaging in research to inform practice and bring innovative ideas to the team.

  • Qualifications include graduation from a nursing program, current RN licensure in North Carolina, BLS certification, and at least one year of nursing experience.

    This full-time, night-shift position is onsite with 36 hours weekly, based at Nash Hospital.
