The Clinical Nurse provides competent, patient-centered nursing care in a hospital setting, reporting to the Nurse Manager/Director. Responsibilities include:

Participating in patient and staff education, assessing learning needs, and using appropriate education materials.

Evaluating care plans, communicating with interdisciplinary teams, and adjusting care as needed.

Delivering complex care, performing bedside testing, and prioritizing patient needs.

Supporting professional growth, promoting teamwork, and ensuring a safe environment.

Assessing patient data, anticipating discharge needs, and fostering family relationships.

Collaborating on care planning, considering cultural factors, and prioritizing tasks.

Engaging with research to enhance practice.

Requirements include graduation from a nursing program, North Carolina RN licensure, BLS certification, and one year of nursing experience. This full-time, night-shift position is onsite with 36 hours per week.
