We are seeking a Clinical Nurse to provide competent, patient-centered nursing care in a hospital setting, under the supervision of the Nurse Manager/Director.

The role involves:

  • Participating in patient and family education, assessing learning needs, and ensuring understanding.
  • Evaluating care outcomes and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to adjust plans.
  • Delivering complex patient care, performing bedside testing, and prioritizing safety and comfort.
  • Contributing to professional growth, unit goals, and promoting a safe environment.
  • Assessing patient data to determine care priorities, discharge planning, and fostering family advocacy.
  • Planning care with patients and families, considering cultural factors, and utilizing multidisciplinary resources.
  • Engaging with current research to enhance practice and share ideas with colleagues.

  • **Qualifications:** Graduation from a nursing program, current licensure as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina, BLS certification, and at least one year of nursing experience.

    **Details:** Full-time, night shift, onsite, with 36 hours per week.
