We are seeking a Clinical Nurse to provide competent, patient-centered nursing care in a hospital setting, under the supervision of the Nurse Manager/Director.

The role involves:

Participating in patient and family education, assessing learning needs, and ensuring understanding.

Evaluating care outcomes and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to adjust plans.

Delivering complex patient care, performing bedside testing, and prioritizing safety and comfort.

Contributing to professional growth, unit goals, and promoting a safe environment.

Assessing patient data to determine care priorities, discharge planning, and fostering family advocacy.

Planning care with patients and families, considering cultural factors, and utilizing multidisciplinary resources.

Engaging with current research to enhance practice and share ideas with colleagues.

**Qualifications:** Graduation from a nursing program, current licensure as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina, BLS certification, and at least one year of nursing experience.

**Details:** Full-time, night shift, onsite, with 36 hours per week.
