We seek a Clinical Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a hospital setting, under the supervision of a Nurse Manager/Director.

Responsibilities include:

Participating in patient and staff education, assessing learning needs, and providing relevant information.

Evaluating patient outcomes and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team for care adjustments.

Providing competent care for patients with complex needs, performing bedside testing, and prioritizing care tasks.

Contributing to professional growth, unit goals, and safety initiatives, while promoting cost-effective practices.

Conducting thorough patient assessments, planning individualized care, and addressing cultural considerations.

Engaging in research and applying evidence-based practices to enhance care quality.

Qualifications include a nursing degree, North Carolina RN license, and BLS certification. Prior experience is not required.

This full-time, onsite role offers a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and a 36-hour workweek with variable scheduling.
