We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our team in Michigan City, Indiana. This full-time role provides comprehensive dental care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment and includes supervision of dental support staff.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive general dental care, including examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care to patients of all ages
• Supervise Dental Assistants and Dental Hygienists as assigned
• Ensure compliance with applicable dental laws, regulations, and organizational policies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with other providers to support whole-person care

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Indiana dental license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
• Experience in a not-for-profit or community health setting preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
• Flexible, adaptable, and detail-oriented approach to care
