Practice Overview

• You’ll join a team of two experienced physicians and four Advanced Practice Providers
• Focus on comprehensive outpatient care, from acute illnesses to chronic disease management
• Manage your own patient panel while overseeing Advanced Practice Providers
• Access to a full-service imaging suite and on-site pharmacy

Schedule

• Flexible schedule: choose between four or four-and-a-half-day workweeks
• Direct patient care for 32-34 hours weekly, with four hours of administrative time
• Enjoy a 1:6 on-call rotation with minimal contact due to triage service
• Incorporate telemedicine visits if desired

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary between $275,000 and $300,000, depending on experience
• Generous signing bonus and up to $10,000 in relocation assistance
• Comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance
• Student loan assistance and eligibility for PSLF and NHSC Loan Repayment

Candidate Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
• Comfortable managing a diverse patient population including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Willingness to work within a collaborative care model
