Seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for in-home assessments in Charleston, WV.

Start ASAP, ongoing, with a 2-week contract.

Work Mon–Sun, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, performing 5–8 assessments daily on geriatric patients.

Procedures include health/wellness assessments, vitals, lab screenings, medication reviews, and fecal kit distribution.

Must be available at least two full days per week, including one weekday; weekend-only work not accepted.
