Seeking a licensed MD in Obstetrics and Gynecology for a locum position in Odessa, TX, offering a competitive annual salary of $400,000 to $850,000.

Join a well-established team at a 220-bed hospital serving the Permian Basin, with a family-centered NICU and collaborative care model supported by OB Hospitalists, Neonatologists, nurses, and therapists.

The practice includes both clinic and hospital care, with a 60% Obstetrics/40% Gynecology focus, averaging 20-25 patients daily.

Schedule: 4.5 clinic days/week, 0.5 surgical day, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM hours, and a 1:3 practice call rotation.

Compensation features base salary, RVU bonuses, annual bonuses, sign-on, relocation, benefits, student loan support, and CME allowance.
