Seeking a Family Practice MD in Williamsport, PA for a full-time locum position with competitive weekly pay.

Shifts are 5 days/week, 8 hours daily, with flexible scheduling options (5×8 or 4×10). The role involves providing comprehensive outpatient care, collaborating with a healthcare team, and supervising providers if needed.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, life/disability insurance, PTO, CME, and student loan repayment programs. Compensation ranges from $240,000 to $270,000 plus quarterly incentives. Call schedule is 1:8 with RN triage and provider backup.
