Requirements Active State Medical License, CDS, & DEA (with LA address) required to start credentialing process, Board Certified or Board Eligible in ABIM. *Must be residency trained in Specialty Certified in (only recognize board certification through American Board of Medical Specialties ABMS)*, ACLS, BLS, CME past 2 years, case logs past 2 years, copies of all education & training diplomas, SS Card, Driver’s license, color photo, Flu, malpractice coverage since Residency and including Residency. Will accept H-1B and J-1 VISA candidates. PPD no longer required. Average Daily Census: 220 11 day rounders, 1 nocturnist 2 day NPPA rounders, 1 NPPA nocturnist Shift Time for Rounding: 7a-7p Procedures not required Full Specialty Support and Backup Closed ICU staffed by Intensivists 24/7
