Seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for in-home assessments in Charleston, WV.

This short-term locum role offers competitive weekly pay, with flexible scheduling Monday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, requiring at least two full workdays per week, including one weekday.

Responsibilities include health and wellness assessments, H&P evaluations, medication reviews, vitals, lab screenings, and fecal kit distribution for geriatric patients.

Work is not location-specific, with travel and lodging benefits, rental cars, and flight reimbursements available.

Providers can set their own schedule, earn tiered pay per assessment, and receive malpractice insurance and weekly electronic pay. Credentialing typically takes 30–45 days.
