This is a locum tenens cardiologist position in Williamsport, PA, with ongoing coverage starting ASAP.

Work in a hospital setting providing inpatient and outpatient cardiology care, including consultations, TEEs, cardioversions, and stress tests.

Schedule includes clinic weekdays 8a-5p, with weekday evening and weekend 24-hour call coverage.

Patient volume is 3-10 adults daily, with some pediatric cases, and an average of 5 admissions during call shifts.

Requirements include active PA license or IMLC, BC in Cardiology, DEA, ACLS, BLS, and at least 1 year of experience. Proficiency with Epic and Cerner EMRs is needed.

Responsibilities involve inpatient and outpatient care, rounding, consults, and collaboration with support staff, responding to calls within 30 minutes.

Compensation includes travel, lodging, and malpractice coverage, with a lodging cap of $175/night and rental car stipends.

This role offers a competitive weekly pay and full privileges, with credentialing expected within 90 days.
