Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine
• Fellowship trained in Interventional Pain Management
• Background in Anesthesiology, PM&R, Neurology, or Psychiatry preferred
• Active or eligible for U.S. medical licensure
• Strong procedural and patient communication skills
