Work closely with orthopedic surgeons to provide patient care, perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, assist in surgeries, and participate in hospital rounds.
Responsibilities include documenting patient histories, developing care plans, ordering diagnostic studies (X-rays, MRI, etc.), performing outpatient procedures (wound care, injections, fracture pinning), assisting in surgeries, and serving as the primary orthopedic call provider.
Schedule options are 4×10 or 5×8 shifts, with call duties including nights and weekends.
Requirements include board certification, active Oregon license, and eligibility for hospital privileges.
Ideal candidates possess strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
