Seeking a Board-Certified or eligible Orthopedic Surgeon for a locum position in Red Bluff, CA. The role involves providing 24/7 emergency and inpatient orthopedic consultation coverage at a small Level III trauma community hospital with 72 beds. The assignment runs from February 13-15, requiring 24-hour call shifts, including weekends. Responsibilities include managing general orthopedic cases, responding to ED and inpatient consults, performing procedures, stabilizing cases, and collaborating with staff. Credentialing takes about 30 days. Travel includes flying into Sacramento and driving two hours north.
