The role involves a 7-on/7-off schedule with 11-13 hour shifts, managing an open ICU with virtual intensivist support and tele-consults in neurology, pulmonology, and nephrology. The average patient census is 15-18 daily. Located on Lake Michigan, Manitowoc offers excellent schools, low crime, and outdoor recreation. The position starts ASAP with competitive weekly pay.
