Seeking a Board-Certified or eligible Internal Medicine MD for a locum tenens role in Greenville, NC.

Practice involves full-time adult primary care with a focus on behavioral health, addiction, and trauma cases.

Schedule is Monday to Friday with no calls or weekend shifts, initially for 3 months with potential extension.

Responsibilities include inpatient care for psych patients, managing medical conditions, prescribing, ordering labs, and reading results.

Requirements include active NC licensure, DEA, and board eligibility/certification in Family or Internal Medicine.

Credentialing takes about 30 days; orientation covers BLS, CPI, and de-escalation training. Travel assistance is provided for out-of-town candidates.
