Seeking a Psychiatry MD for ongoing locum tenens coverage in Asheville, NC.

The position involves inpatient care on a 24-bed Pediatric Behavioral Health unit, primarily day shifts of 10 hours with a 7 on/7 off schedule.

Responsibilities include providing comprehensive psychiatric care for children and adolescents, managing 1-3 admissions daily, and handling consults and evaluations. Call coverage is required, but no callbacks are necessary after hours.

The facility supports a flexible bed allocation and employs a team of clinicians and support staff.
