Seeking a Family Practice MD for locum tenens coverage in Dilwyn, VA, starting ASAP for 3 or 6 months. The position is a day shift, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no call required. The provider will see approximately 18-20 adult patients daily in a corrections facility, supported by RNs and LPNs. Board certification is negotiable, and Virginia license and DEA are required. The practice uses paper charting with Sapphire for prescriptions. The assignment offers competitive weekly pay, credentialing within two weeks, and support with licensing, housing, and travel.
