Job Description

Seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for in-home assessments in Des Moines, IA.

  • Start ASAP, ongoing, 2-week contract with weekly pay.
  • Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, 5–8 assessments daily for geriatrics.
  • Procedures include health and wellness assessments, vitals, lab screenings, medication reviews, and fecal kit distribution.
  • Must be available at least two full days per week, including one weekday; weekend-only work not accepted.
  • Work is flexible and statewide, with travel/lodging benefits, including hotel, rental car, and flight reimbursement.
  • Providers can set their own schedule, earn tiered pay per assessment, and receive additional incentives and benefits, including malpractice insurance.
