Job Description

Seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a locum position in Central Arizona.

Contract duration is 2 weeks, with ASAP start, offering competitive weekly pay.

Schedule is Monday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, with 5–8 in-home assessments daily, focusing on geriatrics.

Responsibilities include health assessments, H&P evaluations, medication reviews, vitals, lab screenings, and fecal kit distribution.

Providers must be available at least two full days per week, including one weekday; weekend-only work is not accepted.
