Seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for in-home health assessments in the Green Bay, WI area. This temporary, 2-week locum position offers flexible scheduling, with shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, performing 5–8 assessments daily on geriatric patients. Responsibilities include health and wellness evaluations, physical exams, medication reviews, and specimen collections, using an iPad-based EMR. Requirements include an unrestricted state license, NPI, CAQH, auto insurance, and limited driving violations. Travel, lodging, and paid assessments are provided, with potential bonuses.
