The role involves working in a Level III NICU with approximately 1.5k annual deliveries and nursery coverage, collaborating with neonatologists and NNPs. The schedule is flexible, allowing for every-other-week shifts or customized planning. Compensation ranges from $300k to $350k based on experience, plus sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and full benefits including medical, malpractice with tail, and retirement.
