Seeking an experienced Neurosurgery Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for a full-time, permanent role in Palm Springs, CA. The position involves OR/first assist, inpatient consults, rounding, pre- and post-op patient management, and clinic duties. Requires 2+ years of Neurosurgery APP experience. The schedule is 4 days of 10-hour shifts, including days and nights, with one weekend per month. Compensation ranges from $110,240 to $176,800 annually, plus full benefits, relocation assistance, a $15K sign-on bonus, CME, and malpractice coverage.
