Locum Physician (MD/DO) – Emergency Medicine in Lima, OH

Job Description

This is a long-term locum tenens Emergency Medicine Physician position in Lima, Ohio, with a 2-week initial contract starting ASAP, offering competitive weekly pay.

It involves working at a Level II trauma center in a high-acuity environment with diverse clinical cases, supporting a team with APP supervision, and utilizing Epic EMR.

The schedule offers flexible shifts, including days and nights, with multiple time blocks available. The department handles approximately 55,000 annual visits with 42 ED beds, providing ample clinical exposure.

Candidates must be board-certified or eligible in ABEM/AOBEM, with at least 3+ years of EM experience, and comfortable supervising APPs. Certifications like ACLS, ATLS, and BLS are required if not board-certified.
