Locum Physician (MD/DO) – Gastroenterology in Fortuna, CA

Job Description

Seeking a qualified Doctor of Medicine in Gastroenterology for a locum position in Fortuna, CA.

Position Details: Outpatient and inpatient settings, starting ASAP, with a schedule of weekday clinic hours (7:30/7:40 am to 3:30/4:30 pm) and night call from 5 pm to 7:30/7:40 am.
Patients per day: 12-16. Procedures include ERCP, upper and lower GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, esophageal dilatation/manometry, small bowel biopsy, and sigmoidoscopy.
ERCP and fluoroscopy are required; CA license and DEA needed. EMR system: Epic.

Responsibilities: Perform procedures, manage patient care, and cover night/weekend call.
