We are seeking dedicated Obstetrics and Gynecology Physicians to join our team. This position is designed to dramatically improve patient safety and satisfaction by ensuring every pregnant woman presenting to the hospital receives expert care from an experienced physician, every time.
This opportunity allows you to work collaboratively with local obstetricians while maintaining a superior work/life balance. Location: Opportunity available in Newport, Rhode Island.
Position Highlights:
- Compensation: $300,000 – $340,000 annual salary plus full benefits package
- Schedule: Full-time hospitalist position with the ability to create your own schedule
- Typically 7-9, 24-hour shifts per month (21 days off monthly)
- No on-call responsibilities or office management

Requirements:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Rhode Island License or able to obtain
- Ability to manage obstetric emergencies and provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
