Direct Hire Physician Assistant (PA)
Job Summary:
All Medical Personnel is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our healthcare team. The PA will provide high-quality care to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and supporting patient education. This role requires clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including taking medical histories, conducting physical exams, and ordering diagnostic tests.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions within the PA scope of practice.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans, including prescribing medications and therapies as appropriate.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Document patient encounters and treatment plans accurately and efficiently in electronic medical records (EMR).
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant in the state of practice.
- National certification preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
