As the Medical Director, you’ll:
✅ Lead and manage a dynamic Hospital Medicine team (full-time leadership role)
✅ Oversee inpatient care quality, safety, and efficiency
✅ Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to implement best practices
✅ Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
✅ Support recruitment, retention, and staff development
✅ Utilize Epic EMR for efficient documentation and workflow
✅ Work 40–50 hours/week (Mon–Fri) — NO weekends, NO call!

Requirements

📋 Requirements

🔹 Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 2 years) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
🔹 Active NY Medical License (or willingness to obtain)
🔹 Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in an acute care setting
🔹 Clean malpractice and license history
🔹 No visa sponsorship available
🚫 Not accepting Locum Tenens or new graduates
