Emergency Medicine Physician – Choose Your Own Shifts in Missouri
Join a Level II Trauma team in Missouri for ongoing coverage while the facility searches for a permanent fit. This outpatient assignment offers high-autonomy ED support with a steady, manageable pace.
Highlights:
- No call requirements for this assignment
- Only 5-15 shifts per month still available
- 24/7 RN and PA/NP support staff on-site
- Flexible schedule options to fit your calendar
Practice Setting:
- Outpatient Level II Trauma Hospital
- Adult patient population only
- 15-20 patients per shift
- Established office and nursing support team
Schedule:
- Multiple shift blocks still open for selection
- Ongoing need through late summer
- Choose dates that work for your personal schedule
- Rotating schedule options available
Procedures and Cases:
- Standard ED coverage and laceration repair
- Intubation and central lines
- Chest tubes and I&D
- Point of care and ultrasound guided IVs
Requirements:
- Missouri medical license required
- 24 months of specialty experience
- Board Certified or Eligible within 5 years
- ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications
Travel Accommodations:
- Travel and lodging provided for all shifts
- Malpractice insurance included
- Full credentialing support available
