About the Position

LocumJobsOnline is working with Curative to find a qualified Obstetrics and Gynecology MD in Birmingham, Alabama, 35209!

We are excited to expand our team and invite Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Physicians, including 2026/2027 OB/GYN residents, to apply for a full-time position in our well-established, faith-based practice.

• Robust 9-Physician, Multi-Specialty Team: Collaborate with a productive, experienced group that includes urogynecology and pelvic pain specialists onsite, fostering comprehensive women’s care in one location.
• Faith-Inspired Care: Our practice operates with compassion, respect, and a commitment to serving patients guided by faith values-creating a supportive and purposeful environment for providers and patients alike.
• Strong Collaboration & Mentorship: Weekly team meetings promote clinical excellence, case collaboration, and peer support in a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
• Balanced Workload: Enjoy a balanced OB/GYN clinical mix (50/50 obstetrics and gynecology) with manageable weekend call (1:6) and double coverage model to ensure physician well-being.

• Office Location: Homewood, Alabama; a community offering a high quality of life, strong community ties, and excellent opportunities for physicians and their families.
• Comprehensive Women’s Health Services: Onsite mammography, pelvic pain and urogynecology specialists, Maternal Fetal Medicine on campus, and surgical robotics.
• Hospital Affiliation: Brookwood Baptist Medical Center, Homewood, AL
  • Level III NICU
  • Brand new breast CT scanner (only one in the state)
  • Designated OB hospitalist to support on-call physicians
  • Rotating clinical staff to assist physicians
  • Block OR time dedicated to practice surgeries
