Job Description

The Clinician provides trauma-informed substance use and behavioral health treatment in a women-focused recovery setting.

Responsibilities include individual and group counseling, case management, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and documentation, all tailored to client needs and aligned with evidence-based practices.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • Valid Colorado clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience in trauma and addiction care
  • Strong assessment, treatment, and referral skills
  • Excellent communication and proficiency with clinical tools

  • Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, with benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development.

    This full-time role requires in-person work in Glenwood Springs, CO, with potential relocation assistance.
